Add some help and a bit of training, and up goes the first projector base.

Next day, we hoisted the first of the projectors.
So... do we put it here... or there?
After considering our options, and downing some more hot chocolate & cookies, we lift the first projector. Jack was relegated to supervisory position.
Putting these things into position is a community project. The projectors weigh a little over 300 pounds.
Admiring a job well done.
Now, fully qualified in the art of forklift operations, here come the second & third projectors.
Someone find the 'start' button!
Finally, we hauled up the support gear, ready for the techs to install.
With the arrival of the installation techs, we get to see what's under the covers... some very well-built machinery.
On the first day, the techs mounted the servers, backup power supplies, audio converters, lenses and audio converters into the cabinets. First turn-on will come sometime on day two.
In clear recognition of Jack's "outstanding technical talents", the techs relegate him to building the power cords.
The projector comes with a number of test patterns, which are used to align the image to the screen
Screen 2 and 3. The lenses on these things are huge. They have electric zoom and focus, which allows the system to adjust to any content source we connect them.
Here are a couple of pictures we took with a cell phone camera. The real thing is much more impressive, but it's amazing we got this kind of shot from a phone at night. This is from "Silent Movie", taken from screen 2
This is from "Space Balls", taken on our Screen 1 with a cell phone camera
