An early Sunday morning as merchants arrive and get set up for the swap meet. This is Field 1, our largest (now 400 cars). The screen is a 1940s concave design. The original snack bar building is now used for storage & maintenance.

Here's another shot of the swap meet. The new (1978) snack bar and booth building is in the back of the shot. Our swap meet is the area's largest weekly garage sale! My wife says I spend entirely too much money here... and she's probably right!

At left is Scott, updating our reader board. We think there might be an old sign painted behind the facing, which was put up for added letter room when the drive-in was triplexed. There used to be some neon lighting as well. We've found old neon transformers & other parts around, and that makes us curious! We'll probably take a look some day when we have nothing else to do (ha!).
